Missing school-boy found alive from dense Jungle after a week

Kathmandu: John Tamang, A 17-year-old boy, who had gone missing while on a trip to enjoy snow with his school principal in Phulchoki hill of Lalitpur, has been found alive after a week in the jungle on Wednesday.

He was found inside the jungle had been rescued and taken to Lalitpur based hospital B & B. The doctors informed that the health condition of Tamang is not as critical as expected, it is still under observation.

It is reported that every year two or three visitors get lost in the jungle by failing to find the route in the jungle. It is the nearest place for the Capital residence to visit for snow play.

Tamang, is a sixth grader at Lalitpur, Thasikhel-based school named Ajaya Sishu Sadan, had gone missing while returning after watching snow in Phulchoki. Eleven students of grade 5 and 6 including the school principal had gone on the trip.

All the three security bodies – Nepal Police, the Armed Police Force and the Nepal Army – had been carrying out a search for him, had been missing since January 25.
