​​​​​​The list of most inspiring and influential under-30 Women of 2018 has been prepared on the basis of BBC 100 Women.

BBC 100 Women had announced its list of 100 inspiring and influential women from around the world for 2018 on 19 November 2018.

The list of BBC 100 Women was prepared ranging the age from 15 to 94, and from more than 60 countries. It included leaders, trailblazers and everyday heroes.

The most inspiring and influential Under-30 Women of 2018 are listed in age order below, with their profession, country of birth and a short biography.

1. Haven Shepherd,
Age: 15 years
Profession: Student and swimmer
Country: Vietnam.
Biography:  Haven is a Paralympic hopeful, having survived a suicide bomb set off by her parents.
 
2. Reyhan Jamalova
Age: 16 years
Profession: Student and entrepreneur
Country: Azerbaijan.
Biography:  Reyhan is a young entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Rainergy, a company that harvests energy from rainwater.
 
3. Svetlana Alekseeva
Age: 18 years
Profession: Model
Country: Russia.
Biography:  Svetlana survived a fire that burned almost half her body and now works to help people with scars feel positive about their bodies.

4. Alina Anisimova
Age: 19 years
Profession: Student programmer
Country: Kyrgyzstan
Biography:  Alina leads the Kyrgyz Girls' Space School, which aims to send the country's first satellite into space.
 
5. Nujeen Mustafa 
Age: 19 years
Profession: Student 
Country: Syria
BiographyNujeen fled the war in Syria, crossing thousands of miles in her wheelchair, and now campaigns on behalf of refugees with disabilities.
 
6. Nargis Taraki

Biography: Nargis was her parents' fifth consecutive daughter and was almost exchanged for a boy, but her parents let her complete her education and she now campaigns for female empowerment.
